Based on a rigorous Testrun, it is possible to simulate the real plant behavior as a basis to determine bottlenecks and to carry out the Basic and Detailed engineering needed to guarantee the new operating conditions, as if it were a new facility. Utilities are reduced and the performance of the plant is optimized.

Tailor Made Design

Plant Design S.A. develops tailor-made process designs, which meet the specific conditions and constraints set by the client, using proven technologies and applicable international standards that ensure a safe and cost efficient process as well as compliance with local regulations and international standards/local legislation.

Process and Equipment Modernization Engineering

We develop modernization projects when existing processes or equipment limit plant performance. We provide complete engineering services, including specification sheets, equipment drawings, civil and mechanical analysis, layouts, and isometrics to ensure efficient and reliable operation.

Equipment Supply

In partnership with national and international workshops, we supply highly reliable equipment such as heat exchangers, stripping columns, absorbers, tanks, pressure vessels, and both horizontal and vertical separators, among others.

Turnkey Project Delivery with Strategic Associations

Through strategic alliances with workshops and assembly companies, we offer comprehensive EPC solutions. This eliminates the need for clients to coordinate multiple suppliers and ensures a complete project from start to finish.

Energy Optimization Engineering

Using process simulation, we analyze plant consumption of water, steam, and electricity. We implement efficiency strategies such as the installation of economizers and technology upgrades, applying tools like Pinch Analysis to achieve the lowest possible steam consumption.

Process Safety Modernization

We assess processes to identify opportunities for improving safety and reducing risks. We work under industry regulations and adapt to each client’s design and safety standards, ensuring safer and more reliable plants.

Internals Supply

We design and manufacture advanced mass transfer separation technologies, including distillation trays, demisters, random packings, column internals, grid trays, supports, gas and liquid distributors, collectors, and coalescence systems, among others.
